At Action Grid, we believe active play should be accessible to everyone. We proudly offer a reduced rate for organized groups from special needs programs, autism centers, day programs, support organizations, and sensory or therapeutic field trips.
Accessibility Group Rate:

We are also happy to accept ACCESS 2 Cards through the Easter Seals Canada program, allowing support persons to attend at no additional cost where applicable.

Omar’s Game was created specifically for my son Omar, whose unique needs inspired the design of this experience. Omar lives with Mowat-Wilson syndrome, and the game was built to encourage purposeful movement in a child who does not communicate verbally, helping strengthen physical ability and gently work through physical limitations that may exist due to a very young cognitive age.
This is Omar’s Game, designed around his abilities, his responses, and his way of interacting with the world. We choose to share it with other children whose developmental needs closely align with Omar’s, so they too can benefit from an activity that encourages movement, coordination, and engagement without pressure or overstimulation.
Sessions may be customized to better support the specific needs, abilities, and sensory considerations of each child. Adjustments can be made to speed, colours, auditory stimuli, and interaction style to create the most suitable experience possible.
Therapists and support workers are welcome to attend or participate in sessions. This allows them to observe how the child responds, assess whether the experience may complement existing supports, or help guide appropriate adaptations during play.
Please note: Action Grid is not a therapy provider, and Omar’s Game is not a therapy program. Sessions are offered as an inclusive, movement-based play experience and do not replace clinical or therapeutic services.
Children with severe global developmental delays, particularly those who are non-verbal or minimally communicative and experience physical limitations, may be eligible to play free of charge, by appointment only.
Omar’s Game reflects my belief that every child deserves the opportunity to move, grow, and participate, even when traditional play environments are not built for them.

Participation in Omar’s Game is voluntary and recreational in nature and does not constitute, provide, or replace medical, therapeutic, rehabilitative, or allied health services.
Participation is voluntary, and participants and guardians acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical movement and recreational activity.
Absolutely. We provide complimentary lockers for all of your personal belongings so they will be safely and securely locked away during your game.
Walk in customers are allowed, however we cannot guarantee you will have a spot without a reservation; especially on weekends as we are then the busiest. Customers are suggested to book their reservation 1 week in advance in order to guarantee themselves a spot.
We highly recommend you to book your reservation through our online booking system as it is the most convenient way to check the available time. However, booking via phone is also an option!
Absolutely! You can email us at info@ActionGrid.ca to discuss your plans with us and receive an estimate based on your group-size and duration.
Please let us know 3 hours prior to your game. For Larger Groups of more than 6 Players, we require 24 hours notice.
Not at all! You can actually play all by yourself but we recommend Groups of 2-6 Players.
